Launch Infinum, a leading software development company specialized in creating high-quality apps.
Infinum was engaged in 2022 to create initial blueprints, and gather early stage user feedback. The PoC was a success using basic video files, and a realer-feel PoC that includes actual isolated performances has been created.
Infinum requires 4 months to develop the FDV (Full Demonstrable Version)
Acquire Patent Portfolio
We will have full exclusivity to acquire the Patent Portfolio from IET for 25M USD until October 2024, subject to us doing an initial build out of the platform with Infinium.
Use FDV from November until October (exclusivity period) 2024 onwards to raise 25M USD to purchase full patent portfolio.
In parallel, initiate discussions with potential buyers for the technology and patent portfolio.
The structure of the USD 25m investment is dependent on which paths shareholders decide to take.
Depending on the risk appetite of ERIS shareholders there are 2 options to monetise the Patent Portfolio.:
Option 1:
Sell technology to a major social media platform aiming to achieve USD 100+ million.
Option 2:
In case of investor appetite, launch and grow the platform itself.
